Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Munasib mobile application (the "App"), available at munasib.org, operated by Munasib ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to marry to use Munasib. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Impersonating someone else, or creating a profile on behalf of someone without their knowledge, is not allowed.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
• Share contact information, external links, or solicit payment through your profile or messages in a way that circumvents the platform's safety screening.
• Post false, misleading, or another person's photos or information.
• Use the App for any commercial, promotional, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access another member's account or guardian-restricted content without authorization.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, based on our own review or a report from another member.

4. Guardian / Family Involvement

Munasib lets you optionally grant a guardian permissioned access to parts of your account. You're responsible for who you grant that access to, and can adjust or revoke it at any time. A guardian's use of that access is subject to these Terms as well.

5. Reporting and Moderation

You can report or block any member. We review reports and photos, and may remove content, restrict, or ban accounts at our discretion to keep the platform safe. Decisions on reports are made by our moderation team and are final.

6. Munasib Premium (Subscriptions)

Premium subscriptions are billed and auto-renew through Google Play Billing or Apple's App Store, at the price shown at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancel any time through your Google Play or App Store account settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly, as we never receive your payment details.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's and Apple's respective refund policies.
• Munasib is, and will remain, free for women regardless of any Premium tier.

7. Disclaimer

Munasib is a platform to help you connect with potential spouses. We do not guarantee a match, a successful outcome, or the accuracy of any member's profile. You're responsible for exercising your own judgment, including in-person safety, when meeting anyone you connect with through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munasib is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, or your interactions with other members.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time — see Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, at our discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify you in the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
