Inside the app

Calm, clear and made for marriage

No endless feed and no guesswork. Here is what using Munasib looks like.

Discover screen with an age filter and member cards

Discover

See people who match your age and city preferences, and save profiles for later.

A profile listing what you have in common

What you have in common

Real overlaps in plain words: city, practice, values. No scores, no percentages.

The Interests tab with Accept and Decline buttons

Interests, not swipes

Accept or decline each interest. A chat opens only when both of you are interested.

A chat between two matched members

Chat, kept safe

Talk once you match. Phone numbers and social handles are screened out until you choose to share them.

Partner preferences with an age range slider

Your preferences

Set age, city and marital status. Discover follows what you ask for.

Notification settings with quiet hours

On your terms

Choose what notifies you, and set quiet hours. Everything still shows in the app.

Why Munasib

Built for a serious next step, not a swipe

Every detail is designed around one goal: helping you find a spouse, thoughtfully.

Privacy-first by design

You control who sees your photos. Contact details are automatically screened out of chat, so conversations stay on the platform until you're ready.

Verified profiles

Verification badges and a moderation team behind every profile, so you know who you're actually talking to.

Family involvement, if you want it

Optional guardian access lets a parent or wali stay involved in the process, the way it's meant to be.

Faith and values first

Profiles are built around what actually matters for a marriage — religious practice, family, and the values you're looking for in a spouse.

Safety tools built in

Block and report any profile in one tap. Every report reaches a real moderation team, not a black box.

Always free for women

Munasib is free for women, full stop — no caps, no paywalls, no exceptions.

How it works

Three steps, no guesswork

1 Build your profile

Tell us what matters

Faith, family, education, and the values you're looking for — a guided profile that goes beyond a bio and a photo.

2 Meet with intent

Browse and send interests

Filter by what matters to you, and send an interest when a profile looks like a genuine fit — not an endless feed.

3 Connect, safely

Chat once you match

Messages are screened to keep contact details private until you're ready to share them yourself.

Questions

The things people ask first

Who can see my photos?

You choose for each photo: public, blurred, or visible on request. A request-to-view photo stays hidden until you approve the person who asked.

Can my parents or a wali be involved?

Yes, if you want. You can invite a guardian, who can see the interests you receive and share their view. They can't accept or decline for you, and you can remove them at any time.

Is Munasib free?

Yes. You can download it and use it for free, and it is always free for women. If an optional paid feature is ever added, it will be shown clearly before you buy.

Why can't I share a phone number in chat?

Messages are screened for phone numbers, emails and social handles so you stay in control. Once you know someone better, you can share contact details yourself, outside the app.
